Enquiries and photos
When you contact us, we use the name, email address, optional telephone number, boat location, requested service, message and photos you provide to respond and handle your request. Please avoid sending unrelated personal information or photos of other people.
We process service enquiries to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to fulfil a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other correspondence and measures to prevent misuse rely on our legitimate interests in responding to messages and operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
Required form fields are needed to handle your online enquiry; telephone numbers and photos are optional. You can also contact us directly by email or telephone. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from sending an enquiry.
The website emails your enquiry and photos to our designated Gmail inbox. Temporary photo files used for sending are deleted after the sending attempt; this does not delete the delivered email or its attachments from the mailbox. The form does not publish your photos or store enquiry contents in the WordPress database.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiry correspondence and attached photos only for as long as necessary to respond to and fulfil your request. Once they are no longer needed for that purpose, we delete them. If the enquiry becomes a contract or a record that must be kept by law, only the information needed for those separate obligations is retained for the applicable period.
This retention rule applies to the mailbox as well as other copies we control. It is a handling rule for our team, not an automatic deletion timer in the contact form. You may contact us to ask whether we still hold your enquiry or to request deletion.
Providers and international processing
Authorised people handling your request may access your enquiry. Technical providers support hosting and email delivery (Hostinger), mailbox storage (Google Gmail) and website maintenance (Duo-Creative). We share information with these providers only as needed to operate the website and handle enquiries.
If you allow visitor statistics or external media, Google or Meta may also receive your IP address, browser/device information, the page visited and information about your interaction. These providers may process data outside the EEA. Their privacy and transfer information explains the applicable arrangements and safeguards; optional consent does not replace those safeguards.

Cookies and optional services
Hostinger may show a separate browser-security check before the website loads. It uses an hcdn session cookie for verification. We observed that this provider-operated check also loads a Google Font, which can send your IP address and browser information to Google before our website and consent banner run. This check is controlled by the hosting provider at CDN level.
Necessary features support the website, security, language selection and remembering your choices. Self-hosted fonts, photos and videos do not require optional cookie consent. Optional services remain blocked until you accept the relevant category. We do not treat scrolling or continued browsing as consent.
Visitor statistics: Google Analytics measures website use only after you opt in. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are not enabled by our website integration.
External media: Instagram content and the optional Google map load only after you opt in. The Denmark service-area map is a self-hosted image and remains available without this consent. Opening an external provider link takes you to that provider’s website under its own privacy rules.
You can accept optional services, reject them or save a choice for each category. Use at any time to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future optional loading; it cannot recall data already received by a provider.
Cookie details
Complianz stores first-party cookies named cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_consented_services, cmplz_banner-status and cmplz_policy_id to record category choices, service choices, banner status and the policy version. They contain your consent choices rather than your enquiry and expire after 180 days. Clearing them causes the banner to ask again. The same choices apply to English and Danish pages.
With statistics consent, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_V1V7MYHG9S first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Our integration limits these cookies to 180 days and removes readable first-party analytics cookies when you withdraw statistics consent. Our current Google Analytics settings retain event data for two months and user data for fourteen months; new activity can restart the user-data retention period. Google’s privacy information also applies to processing by the provider.
If you allow external media, Google Maps and Instagram can use provider-controlled cookies, including session and longer-lived cookies. Their names and expiry can vary with the provider and whether you are logged into that provider. Details and browser controls are available in the provider privacy information linked above. We cannot remove cookies belonging to another website; you can remove those in your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not use enquiry information for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Contact justa108108@gmail.com to exercise these rights. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO, or the authority in the country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred, including Datatilsynet in Denmark.
